At Glowfriendly, we believe in clothing that makes you feel good and look great—and that includes making shipping and returns as smooth and stress-free as possible.

Where Do We Ship?
We currently deliver across India and are working on expanding internationally soon!

How Soon Will You Get Your Order?

  • Processing Time: We carefully pack and ship your order within 1-2 business days.

  • Delivery Time:

  • Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): Free on orders above ₹2,000, otherwise ₹75.

  • Express Shipping (2-3 business days): ₹150.

 

We’ll send you a tracking link once your order ships—because we know how exciting it is to receive happy mail!

What If There’s a Delivery Issue?
If your package is delayed or returned due to an incorrect address, we’ll get in touch to sort things out. Need help? Just reach out!

Returns & Exchanges: Easy & Hassle-Free

We get it—sometimes things don’t work out. No worries! You can return or exchange your order as long as:


✅ You request it within 10 days of receiving your order.
✅ The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached.
✅ The product tags and security seals are intact and unbroken.
✅ You’re exchanging for a different size (one-time exchange per order, subject to availability).

🚫 A few things we can’t take back:​​

  • Gift cards.

  • Products purchased as part of promotional offers (e.g., Buy 2 Get 1 Free) are only eligible for exchanges, not refunds.

How to Return?

  1. Drop us an email at support@glowfriendly.com with your order number.

  2. We’ll arrange a pickup or guide you on how to send it back.

  3. Refund Time: Once we receive and inspect your item, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.

Refund Adjustments for Discounted Orders

  • Refunds for discounted items will be processed at the purchase price.

  • If an item from a multi-product discount order is returned, the refund amount may be adjusted based on the net order value.

Need a Different Size?

  • Email us, and we’ll swap it for the right size if available.

  • If the size isn’t available, we’ll issue a refund instead.

  • Exchanged items cannot be returned or exchanged again. However, in special cases, we can arrange a second exchange for a ₹149 processing fee per item.

Oops, Received the Wrong or a Damaged Item?
That’s on us! If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, send us a message within 48 hours (with pictures, please), and we’ll fix it ASAP.

What If the Return Pickup Fails?

  • We’ll attempt the pickup three times.

  • If all pickup attempts fail, you may need to send the item back to our warehouse at your own expense.
