  • Are all items eligible for return?
    Eligible: Regular-priced items in original condition. Not Eligible: Final sale items, and promotional offer purchases.
  • How long does it take to process a refund?
    Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Can I exchange an item for a different size?
    Yes! If the requested size is available, we’ll send it to you. If not, we’ll issue a refund.
  • How can I place an order?
    Placing an order on Glowfriendly is simple! Just browse our collection, select your favorite items, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the prompts to enter your shipping details and complete payment.
  • Where do you ship?
    We currently ship across India and will be expanding to international locations soon.
  • How long does shipping take?
    Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days Express Shipping: 2-3 business days Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a tracking link once your order is dispatched.
  • How can I track my order?
    Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link to track your package. You can also track your order by logging into your Glowfriendly account.
  • What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
    If you realize there's an error in your shipping details, please contact us immediately at support@glowfriendly.com. If the order has not been shipped, we’ll update it for you. If it has already been dispatched, we will do our best to assist you.
  • What fabrics do you use?
    We use 100% cotton and other skin-friendly fabrics that are soft, breathable, and free from harmful chemicals.
  • How do I care for my Glowfriendly clothing?
    To keep your garments in the best condition: Wash in cold water with mild detergent. Avoid harsh chemicals and bleach. Air dry for longevity. Iron on low heat if needed.
